Although the rental rates are quoted in Pounds Sterling,
we also accept payment in € equivalent. Please check at time of booking.
Please note the above prices are for the apartment and not per person. The prices include bed linen and bath towels, as well as cleaning, electricity, gas etc. An iron and ironing board are provided.
With the exception of July and August, the rental dates are flexible. During July and August however, the minimum rental time is two weeks and although changeover days are normally Saturday/Saturday, we offer some flexibility if possible. The apartment is available all year round, and long term rentals are negotiable.
The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival, and we ask that guests vacate the apartment by midday on their departure day.
Please note that the pool season is currently mid-June to mid-September,
outside of these times the communal pool is officially closed.
